General Information
Deposit:
Savoie’s Fare Catering will not confirm or hold space without a 25% deposit. The deposit is to guarantee your party. The 25% deposit is the total of the food and beverage minium with service charge and state sales tax. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rental:
Savoie’s Fare Catering will gladly take care of all your rental needs.
Staff Rates:
Savoie’s Fare Catering recommends hiring one server per 15 guests on buffet style event, or one server for every 10 guests at a formal sit down event.
A head chef and service captain will be required at all events.
We recommend that sit down events with more than 15 guests should allow for additional kitchen staffing as follows: 15pp (1), 30pp(2), 45pp(3) , 60pp(4), etc.
